ONT configuration

ONT was connect to the GPON port 2 with ONU_ID 11

1. Create DBA-profile

OLT1404A(config)# qos bwprof 1G ustype 4 sir 0 air 0 pir 1024000

2. Authorize ONT – set correct serial number and password (register method A)

3. Set uniport configuration

ONTHL-4GMV / HL-4GMV2 / HL-4GQV Provisioning on ZYXEL OLT1404A

There are two ways to ONT provisioning:

• DHCP option 66,67 (link)
• ZYXEL XML Provisioning (link)

ONT HL-4GMV / HL-4GMV2 / HL-4GQV upgrade on ZYXEL OLTs

HL-4GMV / HL-4GMV2 / HL-4GQV can be upgraded the same way as other HALNy ONTs, You can find upgrade procedure here.
