Before submitting an RMA request, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed our warranty conditions. HALNy does not process warranty claims for products that are used, purchased through gray-market channels, second-hand, gifted, or obtained from unauthorized distributors or resellers. Please note that HALNy products are available for purchase only through authorized distributors or resellers within their respective countries.
