Tasks
- Support administrators and engineers in the correct configuration of network equipment (Level 3 and 4),
- Perform testing of network solutions to evaluate reported bugs for the software development department,
- Collaborate with software development and test automation department to map the buggy environment,
- Installing, configuring and participating in testing of network devices at a partner or business customer site,
- Identify customer needs for functionality in network products.
Requirements
- Understanding of network standards and telecommunications issues (CCNA level of knowledge),
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems,
- Diligence, good work organization.
Will be an advantage
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows effective communication,
- University degree or in the course of study (preferably technical, e.g. telecommunications, computer science, electronics),
- CCNA or CCNP certificate,
- Knowledge of GPON/GEPON, FTTH, VoIP, DSL, DOCSIS, IPTV/OTT technologies,
- Experience in the telecommunications operator market.
