ONT HALNy Upgrade on RAISECOM ISCOM 5508/6800

Tested with ONT HALNy HL-1GE, HL-1GE2, HL-1GC, HL-4G, HL-4GMV	Supported on Version: V2.0.21 or above
Tested with ONT HALNy HL-1B, HL-2BV, HL-4G2	Supported on Version: V4.0.8p1 or above
Tested with ONT HALNy HL-4GMV2 / HL-4GXV-F	Supported on Version: V3.1.28p2 or above

Upgrade procedure on RAISECOM ISCOM 6800

1. Prepare FTP server and put firmware file on it. Make sure FTP Server is available from OLT

2. Check firmware version on ONT

3. Download new firmware file on ONT

4. Wait until upgrade is finished
