If you believe you have discovered a cybersecurity vulnerability or another security-relevant issue affecting a HALNy product, please report it through the FIBRAIN Security Portal.
Providing accurate information helps us identify the affected product, assess the potential security impact and investigate the reported issue efficiently.

Is this a Security Vulnerability?
The FIBRAIN Security Portal is intended for reporting suspected cybersecurity vulnerabilities and product security issues.
If you are an end user and your HALNy device was provided, installed or is managed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please contact your ISP or service provider first.
Service interruptions, connectivity problems, Wi-Fi issues, configuration problems or other technical support requests should be reported to your ISP or to the company from which you obtained the device.
Examples of security-relevant issues:
- unauthorised access to the device or management interface,
- authentication bypass,
- remote code execution,
- exposure of sensitive information,
- unauthorised modification of software or configuration,
- other unintended behaviour with a potential security impact.

What to Include
When submitting a report, please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the issue. Where possible, include the affected product or model, firmware version, a clear description of the suspected vulnerability and any available evidence or reproduction steps.
If you are observing active exploitation or an ongoing security compromise, please indicate this clearly in the report.

If your issue is not related to a cybersecurity vulnerability, or you still need technical assistance or have a product-related question, please use the HALNy Helpdesk. It is the appropriate channel for technical questions, troubleshooting, product issues, RMA requests and other support matters.
📨 Submit a Security Report
The FIBRAIN Security Portal is the single point of contact for reporting and receiving information concerning potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities covered by the FIBRAIN Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. The portal allows you to provide technical details, attach evidence and securely communicate with the FIBRAIN security team. Account registration and security reporting through the portal are free of charge.

⚠️ Urgent Security Issues
If you experience problems submitting a report through the Security Portal, especially in case of active exploitation or a severe security incident, please report the issue directly by email to:

What Happens Next?
Submitted reports are reviewed and assessed to determine whether the issue affects a HALNy product, which products and firmware versions may be affected, the potential security impact and the appropriate remediation or mitigation measures.
Where necessary, investigation may include coordination with third-party software, chipset or component suppliers. Confirmed vulnerabilities may result in a security update, mitigation guidance and, where appropriate, publication of a HALNy Security Advisory.
