Why you need rogue DHCP Server filter:

When you accidentally connect device with enabled DHCP server to the ONT – it will block DHCP OFFER/ACK packets flooding to the uplink network. Also it’s security feature protecting you from man-in-the-middle attack
That feature is activated by default, it may be disabled in LAN section or via XML file.
